Same problem. Been happening on and off past few months. This morning I can not make ANY outgoing calls, after multiple reboots, SIM out and back in, SIM cleaned etc. The second SIM works fine. The SMARTY SIM does not work in the 2nd SIM slot either. Can receive calls and texts OK. If this problem is so old and SMARTY have not fixed it then I will leave SMARTY, there is no other solution.12KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Significant delay in voice calling - both on wifi and without.
I just discovered this long and old thread, as I have just posted the same problem: voice calling delays, so the other person cannot hear what you say until many seconds, or even minutes later. Wifi calling is switched off. Android phone. As this seems to be an old problem, affecting all kinds of phones, which surely they are aware of, I think the only solution will be to go with another provider. I got a new Smarty SIM and am happy with reception at home. In the package there was another Smarty SIM which I want to use on another phone. When I try to activate the other SIM it asks for a SMARTY account, and when I use my existing account it just does not allow me to activate the extra SIM. The other option is to create a "Group" but even this option wants to send me another SIM, but I already have an extra SIM, I do not want (to wait for) another one. Finally, another option is to use another email and create a new account, but this is a ridiculous solution. Is there a way to use the extra Smarty SIM I have received with my main account?4.8KViews0likes4Comments
