Voice mail activation issues

This is very much disappointing that the voicemail activation process is so hectic and time consuming but the end result is 0. 

• How can a smarty SIM user set of the voicemail?

Dial 123 from your handset its already setup by default but you have to set a pin and record a greeting

Trying for the last 1 hour. Every time, I am giving a pin, it's saying not acceptable.

How many digits are you trying to set as a pin by default it's normally your date of birth

No matter, how many times I am।trying it is saying that not accepted. And I am trying between 4 to 10 digits. Mostly 4

@Sam_2331027 To be honest, you are wasting more of your time in posting the same thing on more than one occasion.

If you think something is wrong, why not have a web chat with Smarty Support team to see if they can sort it out?

@MSF dear the problem has been posted two times mistakenly but the problem has not been resolved even after all the days.

If you have not tried the web chat, I doubt that the problem will solve itself.
