Hi smarty does support WiFi calling on the honor magic 4 lite 5g it only changes to WiFi calling when 4g reception is low I have a friend who has honor magic 4 lite 5g and WiFi calling works Hope this helps 

Hi there must be an error with your phone because I know friends that have honour magic 4 lite 5g on smarty and it works perfectly ALL 5g phones use 4g to make calls have you gone into mobile settings and made sure 5g 4g is enabled Hope this helps 

Hi have you checked if your phone can make 4g calls that could be the issue you might need to purchase another phone a 5g one  Hope this helps
