Re: Sim card
Hi JulieIv_1967261 Thank you for reaching out to our SMARTY community forum! I hope you're well. When setting up the bonus SIM, you need to ensure you select the option that says 'I already have a SIM' and then enter the SIM ICCID number. If you did not do this, a new SIM would of been sent rather than activating the SIM you already have. You can contact our customer support team if you wish to cancel the order but you will need to go through the sign-up process again to activate the one you already have! I hope this helps. - Jodie307Views0likes1CommentRe: No network coverage Bath

Hi JasonBu_3394757 Thank you for reaching out to the SMARTY community forum! I'm sorry to hear about your issues with making calls. You may have a ban on your outgoing calls. Please follow the steps below and let me know if this works! For Android dial: #330*0000# For Apple iPhone (All outgoing calls and TXT) : #33*0000# For Apple iPhone (All incoming calls and TXT) : #35*0000# The default barring pin is 0000, if you have changed the barring pin, then please enter barring pin setup instead of 0000. I hope this works! - Jodie370Views0likes0CommentsRe: Abingdon area network issue

Hi MarinaC_3406443 Thank you for reaching out to the SMARTY community forum! I am sorry to hear about your recent experience regarding SMS issues. If you have recently ported to SMARTY, it is likely that your device has not yet updated the ported number to your SMARTY SIM. There is a simple resolution for this! You need to perform a network reset, this can be done in your device settings. I would recommend doing a google search of your specific device to see how to reset the network settings as this has been successful in resolving this issue with other customers in a similar situation. I hope this helps! - Jodie669Views0likes0CommentsRe: Network Issues, Hastings old town

Please refer to our network status checker to keep up to date with any outages in your area: Network status checker | SMARTY I hope this helps! - Jodie1KViews0likes1CommentRe: How ban a caller?j
Hi SarahRo_2093683 Thank you for reaching out to our SMARTY community forum! I hope you're doing well. As MSF mentioned, you would need to block the caller on your device, but this doesn't stop the caller from dialing from a different number. In these situations, we would suggest a number change, this is a permanent way to stop the callers from reaching you. Please be mindful when doing online purchases or subscriptions as these websites may use your number for marketing purposes. This is the most common way for scammers to get your number and make nuisance calls. If you require a number change, please speak to our support team here: https://smarty.co.uk/contact I hope this helps! - Jodie762Views0likes0CommentsRe: Refeeral
