I have had my smarty sim for 2 months and cannot ring out I can take calls and use my data?
I have had my sim 2 months now I have not been able to ring out in all that time I’ve been trying to get this resolved with no success, please can we get this sorted.

You may have a ban on your outgoing calls. Please follow the steps below and let me know if this works!
For Android dial: #330*0000#
For Apple iPhone (All outgoing calls and TXT) : #33*0000#
For Apple iPhone (All incoming calls and TXT) : #35*0000#
The default barring pin is 0000, if you have changed the barring pin, then please enter barring pin setup instead of 0000.
