Hi
I have ongoing issues when I call certain business phone numbers, eg call centres or lines where you need to select an option to get through to a specific department.
When I eventually get through the person on the other end of the line always says the line is bad and my voice is breaking up. Some people have described it as a delay on the line.
I have already reset my network settings but this hasn't changed anything. Does anyone have any suggestions? Could it be my sim card?
