I have contacted smarty webchat and it failed. Upgrade I was on a promotion contract of 40 to 60 GB and there was and upgrade from 40 to 80 GB so I signed up for it but it is still showing that I am on the 60 GB promotion what should I do? I signed up over a month ago and have done it twice but still has not changed.
