@AlisonOM  One of the ways in which Smarty keeps costs down is by not having a large number of customer service people manning phone.

Web chat is your option.

Firstly do you have an account that shows an activated sim and a current Smarty plan?

What settings have you changed? You normally only need to check them if you are roaming outside the UK.
