@JohnMcM_1845324 Have you checked the PAC with your previous network? Is it definitely in date (30 day expiry as I recall)?
If everything is correct and it still won't work, you need a web chat with Smarty Support team.

What is the error message. (If one is shown)?
If you access your account online does it offer the option to enter the PAC code?
