I have added a new app on my phone. For some reason it isn't allowing me access when I know the email address and password I am using is correct. I get a pop up saying 'sign in failed, please check the email and password used' but it's all been checked even by the apps owner. He has used my details and been able to sign in on his device so I don't understand why it won't work on my android phone.
I have done a reset, cleared cache etc, deleted and reinstalled, everything I can think of and I don't know why it won't work!
Any ideas?
