Number Porting / Under 16 Issue

All ,I hope someone can help me I have recently come to smarty and set up a group plan for my family, one of which was under 16, I setup the account under my email as I thought he could only have an account over 16 ( after reading on here I find out its over 13 ( this was not clear when i signed up )). Now I have been on live chat and explained that "My son is 14 ( will be 15 in a few days ) and i would like him to use his own login on tha app so that he can see his information" but live chat tells me the only way is to "there is one option that can be done, which is port out the number to different provider and then get the pac and transfer the number back to SMARTY by creating the new account on different email.".  And even when he is 16 nothing will change unless i port out and port in again.  This is not really much use as I have just finished porting his number in Today :-(.  Can anyone please help me ?

@pantha007 The problem is that you have set the account up as a 'nickname' sim from what you say and therefore it is effectively your own second sim.

I have a spare smarty sim could the number be ported to that smarty to smarty ?

@pantha007 Unfortunately you cannot port from one Smarty sim to another.
