My SMARTY service hasn't reliably been letting me make phone calls for about 6 months. I have an iphone 15 pro max.
I have tried resetting the network settings and more recently have tried reinstalling IOS entirely, no help. I've ordered a new sim card thinking that would solve it and it still hasn't. I'm stuck!?!
I will call a number and it'll either do nothing at all, no ringing, just sit there apparently trying to call. Sometimes I hear a voice error saying something like 'Sorry, it's not been possible to connect your call'.
I live in the UK and travel to various parts of Europe for work multiple times/most days each week and the problem persists whilst abroad so I'm sure it's not a UK only issue but some problem with my account. I've tried turning wifi calling on and off and that's no help. I've also tried various 4G/5G options to see if they make any difference and the problem still comes and goes. I've disabled/enabled dial assist on IOS and no help.
TLDR: Half of the time I can't make calls with full signal on either 4G/5G. My other phones (I carry multiples for work) call the same numbers just fine. Will be forced to move networks if it persists, getting VERY frustrating. My VOXI mobile sim in my phone works ABSOLUTELY fine.
