Topped up but its not reflecting

Hi l ran out of data for this month but my plan doesn't renew till end of this month.  I paid for an out of plan data and the money has come out of my account but the data is not showing on my dashboardwhat do i do?

I have had a 15 month deal of 50GB for £8. This offer is available on the smarty homepage, however when I log in it disappears and only shows less value for money deals.Is this deal now only for new customers?
