complaints take 28 days, I did have a long web chat today, to be told they would turn off voicemail, to then be told it was already off, issue of landlines to ee voicemail when calling my mobile has supposedly been sent to back line. Finger is poised on the “give me PAC code” button. If you call my mobile from a landline(01/02/some 03 numbers) the calls go to ee voicemail, I donot have an ee account, however the number was an ee number prior to 2020. a tech call back seemed to think it was a partial port issue. Hi I’m a new smarty customer, I have been using sim for about 3 months, recently i have been getting voicemail alerts but when I go to voice mail there are no messages, I have tried calling from another phone and I can review the message and delete it so the mail seems to work ok.
