It does say I can get a refund, but it's trying to find How to get it, it's easy you saying via web chat but I can't find where to go, I've talked to a BOT and got no where at all , no real people on here no numbers to ring, very very hard 💩

@chrissi_3458297 Yes, the web chat does start with a bot.
There is no phone customer service - that keeps the costs down and that is one of the main reasons why people join.
Here is a further document from the help sections: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/7022336-leaving-smarty-right-to-refund you will be able to email if the bot has not offered the chance to move to web chat with an agent for some reason.
