Refer a Friend

I would like to use the Refer a Friend to my friends and family, but some had already been a Smarty customer, but their account is closed due to lack of use. Would they be able to use the link and rejoin so they get the incentive? Thanks for any help...

Bought sim to active

I have several 2GB data sims on 30 day rolling program. If the data runs out before the end of the month can I top it on and if so, how do you do it? 

using old sim card while with smarty

I just ordered a new smarty card and plan and chose to keep my old number. After activation, can I still use my old sim card? My phone is a bit broken and it may be tricky to take off the sim tray.
