Guernsey is a SMARTY Roaming Band 1A destination, where data costs 2p per MB. You'll need an account add-on, to cover any roaming data usage in Guernsey.

Spain is an EU inclusive roaming destination, where you can use your SMARTY plan allowances, @Michell_1631767.
