Iam trying to order a replacement SIM for my son. He is in my Group Plan. When I go to order one it will only allow me to order a SIM for myself [group owner] I see no way of ordering for someone in my plan. Could someone help me please?

Resolved! Group plan payments

Thinking about creating a group, but wanted to know about payments.  Does each member of the group have an individual payment method, i.e. their own bank card, or is it a single consolidated payment taken from the group owners payment method?Thanks
