The 15GB was a Black Friday deal which I’d signed up for, I too then took the email offer to upgrade to 32GB for the same price but it wasn’t active from the date given in the email. I had to call, even then it wasn’t implemented on that date but should be next billing cycle with an offer of 17GB add-on for this month.
It seems to be buggy.
