Hi, I changed to the 32gb for £5 promotion. I received an email from SMARTY stating it would change when my tariff renewed. I’ve checked my account through the app but it still shows my current tariff 15gb for £7.
Can’t email SMARTY as I dont have an email address for them.

It seems to be a major problem as many are stating the same thing. I called on the date the offer was supposed to start & it seems the offer wasn’t activated as they stated the offer wouldn’t start until May, I wasn’t happy as I had a confirmation email saying the offer wouldn’t start until start April. They offered no further solution until I asked to make an official complaint, they passed me through to someone else who didn’t want to make any further suggestions to fix the problem either so asked again to make a formal complaint, only then was I offered a solution for an add-on of 17GB to be added to my account until the billing cycle activates the new 32GB offer.
Tbh after reading the posts on this same subject I am now doubting the offer will appear on the 1st May.
