Plan change isnt actioning

Hi all,

I'm currently on the £8 plan with a previous black friday deal which upgrades it to 32gb of data. Twice now in as many months I have selected change plan so for the same £8 I get upgraded to 50gb of data. Both times I have received text message to mobile phone to confirm this has been actioned but then when the renew date arrives the plan isnt changing, can someone please advise?

Most likely you’ll have to use the contact us option to have it manually added. Seems to be an ongoing problem.
