Wrong activation

I didnt realise how bad the mobile signal is on Smarty. My wifi has been cut off for over a week so ive had to rely on Smarty's data connection for all my internet needs.Its constantly dropping the mobile connection so anything you are doing/watching...

Smarty are fecking useless. They received the correct oac code and previous number I wish to keep and still didn't manage to switch me. It appears they have done this to thousands of customers. I will not be continuing with this **bleep** company

Resolved! No double-data - what's happened?

So today, the 26th, is the day with my Plan resets, which has happened cept the figure is not right, instead of 60gb, I use about 30-50 a month, it's now only showing 30gb available yet displaying double data? I also recent switched from 50gb a month...

Data Limits Abroad

I have a 100gb sim card and recently when I was abroad I used up the 12gb allowance within a week just keeping in touch with people and working.  This was very inconvenient.  Why is there a 12gb limit no matter how much data you pay for in the UK?

Resolved! Wrong number on my dashboard

Good morning everybody, my number eventually ported over this morning over 20 hours late ! But the old Smartie number is still showing on the dashboard, and when I go into my settings, it is still showing as my phone number which just isn’t correct ?...
