Due to this privacy I and others here cannot answer your query.  I would suggest contacting a Smarty Agent directly through Webchat.

They are Smarty employees, and have access to personal details so should be able to help you

This is the Smarty community forum, we are Smarty customers, like you. 

Obviously, as we don’t work for Smarty, we don’t have access to customer accounts, so you need to have a webchat with Smarty.
