Due to this privacy I and others here cannot answer your query.  I would suggest contacting a Smarty Agent directly through Webchat.

They are Smarty employees, and have access to personal details so should be able to help you

Obviously, as we donโ€™t work for Smarty, we donโ€™t have access to customer accounts, so you need to have a webchat with Smarty.

Type a product name
