Pausing Plan - receiving texts

Hello,With a paused plan does the Sim/number still receive texts? i.e. verification generated texts/ for password etc…? thanks

Not able to call mobile numbers

Currently in Spain on holiday. Should everything work as it does in UK ? Has I'm not able to call mobiles . Landlines work fine and data is working fine. Just not able to call mobiles??

Can’t connect abroad, not even wifu

Wife is in Dubai. Set phone up before leaving. On arrival whatsapped home on hotel wifi. Then it’s stopped working. Can’t get access to select an add-on they say now is necessary. Any help please appreciated. (don’t want to make calls or text)

Adult content

I had the team remove the adult content blocker via and it is showing as being allowed in the app. But I still can't access adult content. It is permanently blocked via safesearch on both Bing and Google with no way of changing it.
