I have just received a text from Smarty to let me know that there will be network improvements in my registered postcode area in the coming days. It advises (as expected) to look at Network Checker and also mentions that I can try wifi calling.
I think that is an example of good Customer Service - thanks Smarty!
(I assume this is linked to changes with 3G)
