I'm a new customer, I've been checking at different locations throughout the day my net speeds. Amazing 5G speeds: home indoors = 260'ish mbps and in the office at work =  800+ mbps and finally in the car out and about (Manchester) = easily 200 mbps....

Transfer problem

Why is it taking so long to transfer my number? This is totally unacceptable, over 24 hours so far. I have another phone that I was going to move to Smarty but if this is the service they've got no chance of getting any further custom.

can not use wifi

I have activated a SMARTY sim card for my Huawei to travel from UK to Spain.  When I try to link to wifi it says to enable data roaming.  I have done this but it still will not connect

Terrible service

No master where I am I get a terrible service. I have either 0 or 1 bar and can’t aces internet. Even in Glasgow City Centre I couldn’t even check internet as my signal was non existent. Is there any settings I’ve got wrong on my phone
