i am trying to get the unlimited data for £18 but it is not letting meit is showing as £20

last time i logged in i ticked the remember browser box, i was still asked to do 2 step verification when logging in this time, why?

i found smarty unlimited data for £16 per month on a comparison site, smarty would not let me have it, i then found hidden in the ts and cs that it is for new customers only, that is unethical, it seems like LOALTY DOES NOT PAY!

the login page is not working on chrome, the 2 step verification page flashes up then goes back to the login screen
