old number has been ported but doesn't work

Number not registered to my phone

Hi I am new to Smarty and keeping my old number, this has now been sorted and transferred over. I have a message from my phone telling me number isn’t registered to my phone. It’s the same for my daughter as well. What does this mean? thanks
