Topped up but its not reflecting

Hi 

l ran out of data for this month but my plan doesn't renew till end of this month.  I paid for an out of plan data and the money has come out of my account but the data is not showing on my dashboard

what do i do?

@Eustine_1073832  Firstly, you may need to give it a short while for the system to catch up.

Secondly, are you sure that you purchased a data add on of a specific amount data?

If the situation does not sort itself quickly, you will need to web chat with Smarty Support for them to investigate for you.
