Hi I’ve got my new sim 

is anyone having issues with activating the sim 

I’ve clicked activate but still no signal and data

@KamilAh_3410126 It can take a little while for the system to catch up.

Also try:

1. Turn phone off and then on again to force it to connect.

2. Try Network Reset in Settings.

I spoke to smarty agent he said your having activation issues is that correct
