Failed Number Port

Hi AllNumber port has only part completed (can dial and text outbound but not working inbound). Can anyone confirm if port should have completed by 1700 or can it take up to midnight??Thanks

I have a moto g31 which does not appear on Smarty's list of supported phones for Wifi calling but an older model moto g does. Wifi calling is supported on the moto g31. When will smarty be extending wifi calling to newer phones?
