It's been 5 working days now since I signed up and Smarty people still couldn't get my sim activated. Tried all the usual basics and now can't get any response from them. What do I do?

1. You could tell us exactly what happened and why it would not activate.

2. You could web chat and ask for a refund.

3. You could raise a complaint if you feel that Support Team did not respond (are you sure it was within their working hours?)
