SIM "lost" by Amazon. What to do please?

Mistakenly activated SIM in app a few minute ago (sigh...) though I haven't actually received the SIM. 

Is that why I can't see an option to order a replacement, or have I missed the option somewhere?

I ordered the SIM on the 5th and it's just been stuck in an Amazon depot for days according to tracking and I'm stuck with only being able to use WiFi for calling etc. which is not ideal. 

Any advice on how to get a replacement sent or is this a usual occurrence with SMARTY sims? Been with Giffgaff for years so this is my first experience with SMARTY.

    So it's fair to say I'm really disappointed with my move to Smarty. It's been a huge mistake.

    Still in limbo with a SIM sat in an Amazon warehouse in Redditch and can't request another one is sent as the port is still ongoing.

     

    Web chat isn't even web chat, it's a "messaging service" so when or if you ever get past the WeChat bit, God knows when a human ever actually gets to read the messages. 

    Wish I'd never left Giffgaff. As it is, I'm not contactable on my mobile now unless I'm on WiFi. 

    Never had so much hassle changing from one provider to another. Ever. No one will when answer this of course (unlike the Giffgaff forums which are excellent) but I need to vent a little into the void that is Smarty.
