Demand for an extra month's fee to take up new offer.
It's stated "You may see a £1 ‘Active Card Check’ on your bank statement" to take up a new offer. Instead I'm asked to confirm to pay a full month's charge through the payment processor a couple of days after paying on the current plan. Basically, doubling the price of a month just to take up an offer for a little more data each month. Hardly "Simple, honest mobile".
