No support

I don’t know what else to say but this company doesn’t offer any real support for its customer. I’ve wasted so much time today trying to add an already activated sim, I have just gone round and round in circles. It’s a shambles.

PAC code not activated

Hi I gave the pc code and was due to switch yesterday but then said it's expired before changing? Pac code says 20 days left so I re entered it and now says Monday? Thank you. Brad.

Poor 4g signal in WR8

My phone keeps reverting to 3g in WR8 area. If this continues, I'll be moving my number to a new SIM.
