International roaming

Hi my son is abroad out of the eu. 
Am I able to add on international roaming into his account so his phone will work as we are both smarty customers or is it only him that can do it? Thanks

@KellyEd_2575402 If you are able to access his account i.e. know his email and password, then you can put an add-on on his account.

He may be better off with an Esim if his phone can accept it - data tends to be cheaper although there usually aren't any calls included.
