Poor 4g signal in WR8

My phone keeps reverting to 3g in WR8 area. If this continues, I'll be moving my number to a new SIM.

I have been sent 2 cards i don't know which to activate, I activate anyway because my plan is on hold and  I I've spent about about 2 hours hours trying to to get hold hold of someone and  they don't respond . It's an absolute joke.
