I have been sent 2 cards i don't know which to activate, I activate anyway because my plan is on hold and I I've spent about about 2 hours hours trying to to get hold hold of someone and they don't respond . It's an absolute joke.

@Spaceboy As forum members like you, we don't know why you have been sent any sims if you already have an active sim but simply have not purchased a Smarty plan.
Web chat is the only way you can get an answer from Smarty Support - true, it may well take a while especially since they are probably busy dealing with all of the gripes about yesterday's outage.
