Esims

When will eSims be arriving. Having purchased a Pixel 7 phone l am can no longer use 2 SIM cards. I am still using my old Samsung in conjunction with my new phone, Or is there a work around 

No signal or wifi

Hi I've only had my smarty sim 2 weeks in that time I've been to Wales & Chester . I'm not able to get any signal to text or call nor data . My partner had no poblem on her tesco mobile I have a Samsung z3 flip any ideas ?? Thanks

SMS number

I retained my original number when moving to smarty. This number shows up when I phone people but if I send MSM text it shows up as the number Smarty originally allocated to me

Wifi calling procedure

Waiting for sim card to arrive. Will the wifi calling work automatically or do I have to set the phone up? My phone (approved on Smarty list) is Google Pixel 6.
