Sending STOP by SMS

I get text messages that I want to unsubscribe from by sending ‘STOP’ - however whenever i try to unsubscribe it says ‘Message failure’ 

Receive smarty sim in post.

How long does it take to receive the smarty sim in the post. I've been waiting 11 days now and not received smarty sim. Is anyone else having same issue?.

Poor signal quality.

The signal quality is very poor especially indoors. Have to keep moving around to get best reception. Still I guess that's the price you pay for cheap.The upside is your only in a contract for a month. So can review and see if things change.
