Abroad …..

I’m abroad and didn’t do the set-up - can I do it whilst overseas or am I stuck ?

I have an iPhone 13

You can do it abroad, you are not stuck.

Just change the Smarty APN to “mob.asm.net”  and make sure data roaming is turned on.

Also, you may get a better signal if you manually select a network, rather than letting your phone do it automatically.

Thanks - it’s finding the APN that’s the issue - I’ve searched for it but nothing comes up

Go into Settings :

1. Tap ‘mobile data’

 4. Tap and change the APN to ‘mob.asm.net’

Thanks for this but I’m not seeing those screens …. Will activate it when I get home 

That’s odd that you aren’t seeing those screens, especially as you have an iPhone 13. 

My iPhone is a 13 mini, so you should see exactly what I am seeing.

Only thing I can suggest is that make sure your iPhone 13 is updated to the latest version of iOS, which is 16.6.

@Samanth_1638911 The Settings icon should appear on your Home Screen and has a silver square with a toothed cogwheel contained within it.

Mobile Data is then one of the items down the list once you have opened Settings.
