Is it possible to use one phone number on two different mobile phones… like one used at work and one for any other time.

@Macjim,

AFAIK it's not possible to have two phones with one number, unless you keep transfering one SIM from one phone to another.  SIMs are set up to be attached to one number only.

I know that certain SIMs can be set to have very high network priority, such as those used by emergency services, to enable these phones to always connect, no matter how busy the network (IE someone else gets kicked off the network, even if in mid-call).

@Macjim  Each sim is associated with only one number and so that is not possible (without continually shifting the sim between the phones)
