How to snd PAC code to smartie to keep number

Total nightmare! Told to insert Sim and activate and then text my pac code to SMARTY to keep my number from the dashboard? Absolutely nowhere to do this. I don’t want this new number and I don’t want to be with SMARTY if I can’t change my number so how on earth do I do it
