Hey garybux_2893247 you will need to make sure auto-renew is switched on if you'd like the plan to renew automatically. This applies even if you have credit in your account balance. If you do have credit in your account balance and auto-renew is enabled then the renewal fee will be automatically deducted from the account balance first.16Views0likes0CommentsRe: EU roaming details wrong

We do have North Cyprus listed in our international roaming list on our website https://smarty.co.uk/roaming/international/cyprus-north-turkey which will tell you the costs of travelling there and that you need an add on to use the SIM.
