I purchased a plan with activating the SIM

HiI purchased a plan without activating the SIM I was sent. It seems like I’m being sent another SIM (2 days) and I will need to wait to use/activate that one. Account says awaiting number. Am I correct? Not good impression of smarty so far.

Resolved! I didn’t activate the SIM I bought

I bought a SIM card at my local Sainsbury’s I then bought a SMARTY plan without activating the SIM accidentally.Do I wait 2 days for the new SIM, or can I use the one I’ve already bought somehow?

Resolved! Data left

I've had data roaming on while in Europe and used 8GB out of my 12GB allowed. Now I'm in UK, I've turned off roaming. Do I have for 4GB left for the month or up to my full allowance - usually 32GB. Thank you
