voicemail issues

Hi all

I am in the Netherlands and have set up smarty for usage abroad. However I cannot access voicemail - it keeps telling me to put in my number or the hash sign. Neither works and it tells me it does not recognise it.

I tried setting up voice by dialling 123 but again I am asked for my number (i have tried inputting this several times but each time it stops).. or the hash sign and does not work again. Can it be set up for me?.. I also tried to sent a message through my smarty sim (I have dual sim on my phone - one is esim and the other smarty sim).. Smarty does not sent the message but if I switch to my esim the message gets sent no problem.

I think the smarty sim does not work at all probably?

Help...is appreciated.

@johannab_318378 I would recommend a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check for you.
