Temporary number still appearing

My temporary number (before the switch happened) is still appearing on peoples phones when they ring me or I text them. How do I stop this happening please?

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset with your SMARTY SIM card, @SallyJa_2533281? 

This often fixes the issue you've reported.
