Temporary number still appearing
My temporary number (before the switch happened) is still appearing on peoples phones when they ring me or I text them. How do I stop this happening please?
Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset with your SMARTY SIM card, SallyJa_2533281?
This often fixes the issue you've reported.
SallyJa_2533281 You may also be able to change it manually in the phone settings. (This can depend upon whether it is ihpnoe or android)
I have tried this but my old number won’t save in iPhone settings . I haven’t tried a reset for fear of losing connection. Removing sim and reinstalling didn’t work either
MarionP_ In that case, you will need to perform a Network Reset on the phone.
