Hi all. New to smarty- literally put Sim last night. I understand there would be some time to transfer but did receive email saying all complete. Checked status and it is saying possible network issues in area. Anyone else have this especially joining for 1st time. I’ve literally just left my provider I was with for 25 years 😳 and changed and now can’t use phone. Worried as son at school and need phone.

@CherylW_3579294 Very much doubt that this issue is due to you recently connecting.

Did it day the network was congested or work being done? I'm assuming that you used the Network Status checker.

If it's just that mast, then you shouldn't have the same problem when you are on the move and using other masts.

You could try a web chat with Smarty Support to see if they can give you any further information.
